Thermoscan  Indicates  wet areas.  Notice cooler (blue) areas.  Roof  had  been  hit with  a hail storm .

The cooler colors indicate the roof is  holding moisture.  The darker blue indicates holes in the roof caused by the hail storm.  This roof is a standard built-up (tar) type roof!
